About AlephVec Labs
AlephVec Labs (Pty) Ltd · South Africa
AlephVec Labs (Pty) Ltd is a South African software company. We build mobile apps that turn the sensors already in your phone — microphone, GPS and motion sensors — into practical measurement and calculation tools, along with software for poultry and fowl breeders.
What we build
- Balchron — a ballistic chronograph for Android. It times a shot by sound, measures the range by GPS and calculates projectile velocity and energy. In early access on Google Play.
- Genetic Calculator — a breeding and incubation manager for poultry and fowl keepers. In development; not yet released.
Further sensor-based measurement tools are in development and will be listed here when they are released.
How we work
- Measured, not guessed. Our measurement features are tuned on real-world recordings and checked against known distances.
- Works without signal. Core features run on the device, so they work at the range or on the farm with no coverage.
- Privacy first. No advertising, no tracking and no selling of data. We collect only what a feature needs and explain it in our privacy policy.
